Michelle led Project Enterprise’s Entrepreneur Assistance Program, developing small businesses in under-resourced communities, and currently manages Hope Community’s Social Service Programs in East Harlem.

Andrea Rogers, MPIA Andrea J. Rogers is a dedicated nonprofit and philanthropy professional with more than 15 years of experience working with American and international anti-poverty organizations. She specializes in overall program management, grant-making and organizational development. Andrea is dedicated to social justice and working with leaders and communities to bring about social and economic equity.

Vanna Sin Vanna is Director of Donor Engagement Fundraising at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, where she leads individual and event-based fundraising campaigns. Originally from a Massachusetts, and a product of a Cambodian refugee household, Vanna happily calls New York City her home.

Michael Ben Pinpin Ben is Custom Collaborative's Lead Instructor.  He is a designer who loves to teach his craft. Ben was the architect and founding Creative Director of Mood Fabrics "Mood U School". Ben graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
