Mohini is a nonprofit executive and former fashion industry leader with almost 30 years of experience spanning design, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. She has led strategy, development, communications, partnerships, and grantmaking, helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Mo spent close to two decades in fashion, leading design, product development, and brand partnerships for global and Fortune 500 apparel companies. She serves on the boards of Her Future Coalition and Samburu Girls Foundation, organizations supporting women and girls affected by trafficking, forced marriage, and FGM. Her experience in design, combined with her commitment to social and environmental justice, equity, and economic opportunity, makes her passionate about expanding pathways for women entering the industry.
