Jocelyn McGeachy Kuls
Joycelyn serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of New York. Before becoming a judge, Joycelyn held senior positions in the public and private sectors, serving as senior counsel at a major investment bank, prosecutor in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, and Special Assistant to the Commissioner of the NYS Division of Human Rights. Joycelyn also established a successful law practice that focused on mediation, EEO training, and corporate governance in the non-profit sector. In her practice, she worked with various arts and community organizations providing counsel on entity formation, governance, and review and drafting of governing documents. Joycelyn is a graduate of Georgetown University and Howard University School of Law.
