Despite financial concerns, Wanda pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a seamstress with us. The unwavering support of her classmates amplified her dedication and perseverance. Mastering her first pattern filled her with immense pride and joy.

Following her graduation, Wanda seamlessly transitioned into an immersive internship with Theory. Beyond her professional endeavors, she remains a dynamic force within our community, consistently motivating and uplifting others.

Wanda's dedication and passion for making a difference were recently recognized when she emerged triumphant in our September On The Move Fundraising challenge. Her unwavering commitment stood as a beacon of excellence, earning her a prominent position alongside our esteemed Executive Director at the prestigious.ORG Awards. This moment highlighted her exceptional contributions and was a testament to her remarkable commitment to our cause.
